Turn Your Plans Into Reality

You've done the dreaming. You've found new partners, schemed a lot, identified local assets, sketched designs, made some plans, and emerged with a very, VERY, very long to-do list.

Now it's time to make it happen.

CommunityMatters® and the Citizens' Institute on Rural Design (CIRD) will co-host three calls this winter to help communities take their planning or design efforts from paper to practice. You'll learn how to: prioritize projects and score some quick successes, find the funding and resources for bigger projects, and build community leadership and public support for long-term change.

Join us December 12, 2013 to kick off this call series with A Lighter, Quicker, Cheaper Approach to Community Action. The "LQC" approach helps you prioritize your most actionable items and identifies low-cost, high-impact projects to improve your community in short order and build momentum for the long haul.
