Oklahoma State Energy Office Extends Deadline for SEP ARRA Revolving Loan Fund August 5, 2013 The State Energy Office (SEO), located within the Oklahoma Department of Commerce (ODOC), has extended the deadline for Request for Proposals (RFP) for the SEP ARRA Loan Fund. Applications are now due to the State Energy Office by 4:00 pm Central Time on August 16, 2013.  Loan funds are available to provide the capital necessary for the implementation of alternative fuel infrastructure or fleet conversion, building energy efficiency retrofits, renewable energy, and energy demand projects. The Oklahoma SEO anticipates awarding a total of approximately $4,400,000.00 for this announcement. Funding of projects selected is fully based upon availability of funds and final approval by DOE.  Eligible applicants include units of local government, non-profit organizations, utility companies, state agencies, and private companies.
